Im white and been going carni 30 years and I can trurhfully say its the best time of year for me. I love it and all the boring farts who dont like it dont have to come.

Nothing better than some good music, food and vibes. 2 days of dancing and meeting amazing ppl. Youre actually severely missing out because youve chosen to listen to ppl magnifying the worst part which most of us dont see. But fine. Its your choice to be boring and hide away.   26.  @bobby5678-ck2tc  who are "these ppl"? This is a minority of yutes, yes mostly black as tehy dominate in knife crime but it isnt all black ppl. Im white and go carni. Never had an issue and I go alone even as a woman. Never been assaulted or raped. This is a minority of cases and rape happens anywhere. Infact Ive had more harrassment at nightclubs than I have at carnival. Its an amazing day of ppl dancing and usually consensually because ppl are there to dance. And when I dont want to I walk away. Or say no thanks. one guy asked me this year and I politely declined as was feeling crowded and needed space and politely explained this and he appreciated the explanation. Idiots are a minority there
