And at 4:40 Narindher puts her foot in it by saying white people apply more. so it isnt about discrimination but choice. So if she wants to use quotas she need to compare the percentage of whites vs non-whites who apply and go from there. Not go based on population percentage. Otherwise she's favouring non-whites when less of them are applying and all those white people who do want to go on those courses more will miss out. And she seems to believe that non-whites are more disadvantaged for some unknown reason.

@MargaretLong-pg6it orchestra jobs are no longer blind hiring. Look up the theb case during covid where 14 white musicians were fired to meet a diversity quota. Some of them had been with the company for decades and were in their 60s.

@trevorhart545 I think there is a fine line between people having a chip on their shoulder and being racist. I think many of us anti-woke are developing the same chip on our shoulders and its wise we be aware of not becoming the thing we hate.

@4:40so Narinder says it was mostly white people who applied then claims other races are underrepresented. But they didnt choose to apply. So she wants to push aside those who chose to apply for those who dont. Look at the percentage of whites and non-whites who apply and compare how many to enter percentage-wise with that factored in if she wants to go by that logic.

I know she doesnt like Narinder for her opinion but the presenter's passive-aggression at the beginning is unprofessional. I dont agree with Narinder either..
