  8. Some transexual women are passing so for those they can recieve sexism based on how they are perceived. However because of the issue with passing and those who either claim they pass or claim theyre actual women the watees arw muddied. I would have had no issue if this law was applied for those who are truly passing. Not for those who arent.

Same as Exeter uni where non-whites were 26% yet the uni claimed they were underrepresented but were actually twice overrepresented(perhaps organically)as they only make up 13% of UK population. And Exeter uni wantes to increase the non-white student body which would have discriminated white ppl. She needs to learn maths ffs

The point is if there was a white person better than them they wouldnt get the job due to the policy.

  20. I also disagree that its homophobic. In some cases parents who transition their kids do so because theyre homophobic. Some activists expect others to be attracted transexuals but that is regardless of sexual orientation. I think slapping generalised terms to explain what's happening doesnt do justice to the real cause or misrepresents things to a degree. It isnt the main motivation behind this.

  28. Yep. Many of us have left The Left. Or really The Left left us. I wont be voting for any left-wing parties as they currently stand. Not because I'm not left-wing or liberal but because these parties and even many conservative MPs are liberalism on steroids. Nadine Dorris from the Tories wanted to ban "offensive" comedy and many Conservative MPs including Boris signed a petition to ban blacking up on comedy. Which is utterly ridiculous. It completely ignores context. Should we ban White Chicks and Mrs Doubtfire? These people are certified crazy. Im voting Reform and seeing how they fare. I dont care anymore. The other parties are done.

She was raped and killed and stuffed in a suitcase by her uncle and cousin (not sure if cousin or brother). All because she dated someone not Muslim. Its sick.

  40. ​ @Riverraver really? What did you notice e in 2007? I only started to notice a change around maybe 2010 but it was so early nothing was that obvious at that point. Still very fringe stuff. Mark Duggan happened and the response to that was odd but it was all still new so that seemed like a one-off and not a pattern. Then it started to grow after Trayvon but again hadn't reached that point. Just some people being racist but not widespread. I think 2018 was my turning point. I missed out on Brexit drama as unfollowed people around that time. Maybe that was a good thing as I could have gone further down that path if not. But curious what you noticed in 2007. Was this online or offline?

  42. Graham is onee of the most warm people I've met. Something about his energy. I met him in Brighton and he put hia arm around me for a photo and he just had this very open energy I cant explain. He is a lovely guy. Ok, so he has got some things wrong in the past and I might disagree on one of his takes on this topic but overall he is on the right side of history. I once believed gender was a spectrum and that kids should transition. None of us really knew what we know now. The information just wasnt available. It pains me to hear people who sounded like I used to who are seemingly online as much as me and who have the same access to the same info as me who still support gender-affirming care and child transexual medical treatment. I understand now religious people get brainwashed. I KNEW hermaphrodites and transsexuals were seperate people so how did I become convinced they were the same?! I understand now why nurses in Germany thought they were doing the right thing euthanising babies, toddlers and then young children with deformities despite Germany was supposed to be very medically advanced at the time. How if you convince people in the right way via science and their empathy you can get people to commit atrocities. To any TRAs reading this pls read more. I was one of you once and was motivated by empathy then and now. That hasnt changed. Keep reading. Always keep challenging your beliefs.
