@mrror8933 I sadly unfriended someone and she was the one who was more tolerant but I couldnt get past her view that I hadnt experienced racism. I know I was being intolerant and I often think about her but mentally I'm done in seeing my friends dismissing anti-white racism OR being racist to white people or white people self-flagellating. It began to have physical effects on my body including heart pains. I'm done with their racism so some people have to put some friends on the back burner until they can be friends in a more healthy way.

@ngrovotny I'm from The Left and I've literally had to distance myself from most of my social group because of their extreme views. Maybe you havent seen everything that's going on perhaps

@dannytoots6635 he left the band. He wasnt kicked out. And it was a decision he took because fans were getting him cancelled. He had a job cancelled because someone had a problem with him over it. He didnt want his band to suffer the same cancellation by association. I didnt say M&S cared what Winston's views were. Not sure what youre getting at there when you say they dont care about his views. You then change your stance and imply they do care and kicked him out because he supposedly espoused anti-fascist views. To repeat they didnt kick him out the group. You clearly didnt watch the interview. Also can you explain what neo fascist views he espoused because going by the interview he didnt espouse any atall. He read a book and called the author brave and said the book was important. He didnt even elaborate on why. So pls explain what you mean by Winston espouses fascist views. I wont make assumptions that you assume he did but will give you the benefit of the doubt to explain.

@rigsby1454 especially if they feel they cannot express themselves freely without fear of Spotify ousting them. They may aswell take the initiative AND make a point that Spotify shouldnt get involved in politics. They're a music platform. After the first accusations of child molestation people still played R. Kelly after temp cancelling him which was actually something worth cancelling him for. Now people are permanently cancelling over liking a book.

@GrooveSpaceArk they may have been worried about having their windows smashed in. If they were still selling it they wernet cancelling Andy. We shouldnt punish those too afraid to take a direct stand. We can support each other still. Not all of us want to put our livelihoods or families at risk.

@bobsmith5185 to clarify she hadnt dismiss an experience I'd had as at the time we were talking about a diff situation that I didnt feel was racist and she said "just because you've never experienced racism". So it wasnt her saying white people dont experience it or denying a personal experience of mine. She just assumed. So I wondered why she would assume if not for this anti-white rhetoric and weird belief that white people dont exprience racism. It could have been she felt I must not have exprienced any to not be able to see the situation we'd been discussing was racist. I tried to get clarification from her by then mentioning how I had infact experienced racism whilst adding other parts to my comment and she said she disagreed with me but didnt want to discuss it so I never got clarity on if she thought I could infact experience racism or if she was just disagreeing with the other part of my comment. That's why I was wrong to unfriend her. However these days it's hard to tell and likely she may have believed I havent experienced racism. And I just cant be arsed with people like that right now and its dangerous to dismiss a race can exprience racism. White people have been killed for their race. Maybe I'll connect with her again later down the line but right down my physical health isnt responding well to this nonsense.

@stephenpotts832 thank you. And yes. I even have a friend who has grown up with the same black friends as me and she is asking people "are you an active anti-racist?". She has no idea what "anti-racism" is or maybe she does. These people who think we live under white supremacy are utterly delusional and have no idea what supremacy is. Perhaps they should compare to Hitler's Germany. And like you say it's about finding the things in common. I think we've come to expect people to be perfect and I'm not sure when that happened. But it seems we're making headway. Seen a couple diff news stories about trans-women being banned from womens sports. They're losing the battle

@stephenpotts832 yep. I think during lock down people were in their echo chamber more. I think people will polarise more offline in line with how they are online. But its prob important not to let it get that far.

@jasondashney more important things than money. Thoose were hos bandmates for years. Like brothers. And it was his career and passion and his life. Plus his reputation being smeared whoch effects future relationships and can make someone feel quite low.

@mrror8933 it's sad what social media has done. We've been wired to "block" people online so that it blurs the line with doing that in real life. Its conditioning. Try to remember your friend is under a cult and maybe like me they know they have been effected by the conditioning but arent at a place they can handle the conflict of opinion. They aeent themselves right now and hopefully they rediscover their old self. I'm out here trying to find her and ita gonna take time to undo the conditioning. I'm sorry for your loss and it does hurt. It's hard to know what to say to make you feel better but try to forgive them in your mind and know they are under a diff influence that even they cant just snap out of when a lot of their brain has been rewired. It takes conscious effort to make the changes and it's hard when people have fatigue from the online rows. Hang in there. Xx

The legislators didnt make those bills because they're straight, white males though. They just happen to be straight, white males. You're linking their race as if that was their reason and as if it means they're bad but Antifa are good. Most of Antifa are white. That's what happens in a majority white country. People know what Antifa means. It's about the people that practice it. And what on earth do you mean "protect your ideologies". Konstantin is a Russian Jew ffs. And Francis is Venzeulan. Their "ideology" is they both come from Communist countries, like Andy, and they can see certain authoritarian patterns emerging. Call thinking the same as someone "tokenising" but you're not enticing people over to your way of thinking. Just saying. You need to give a solid reason why people shouldnt listen to Andy. And saying "but the definition" doesn't cut it. All decent humans are against fascism. Particularly Konstantin who, being Jewish, lost family to The Holocaust and The Soviet Russian regime. He literally had family who died in the gulags. That's why he has "the ideology" he does. He doesnt want to see the same thing happen.
