Keep them as associates and dont spend time with them where those political convoes come up. Just change the topic if they do and say you dont want yo chat politics. I'm in a similar dilemma to you. I'm a leftie but not far left and have wilfully ditched friends because of it due to their racism.

Why? Black actors dont have a problem with blackface? Scatman Crothers was on The Minstrels, Beyonce's step-dad was on S.Mouse, you had black actors and celebs in Little Britain, Bo Selecta and Tropic Thunder, you have black people on YouTube reviewing those shows and laughing their heads off. You have actors like Eddy Murphey and Wayans Brothers and artists like Busta Rhymes doing White Face. Its acting. If there are black people who enjoyed these shows then why do you care?

We dont have that much neanderthal dna and anxiety is very real. It took my friends life. And robbed half of mine. However yes, NLP did help.
