@encinobalboa I'm from UK so dont really know about Bill Clinton. I just mean someone who is liberal in a rational sense. Not these neo-liberals on social media. If someone told you they were a classic liberal, like I think these guys are, would you be too with them?

Dont beat yourself up. I did that a bit as I met some right-wing friends to find solace but ended up blocking 40 of them on a group we're on. I'm not jumping from one extreme to the next. It's hard when people shitpost and you lose where the line is. Didnt want them influencing me and wanted to stay on the group so just blocked them so the group is now much more enjoyable

@barrythompson5680 sorry in which direction. Do you mean we had started to see racism from black people back then? I remember black comedians being openly racist on tv in 91 on "Get Up, Stand Up". That was one of my earliest memeries. I also read about an incident that happened in UK where there was a house fire where some black people died at a house party and black people protested blaming the police for not doing their job despite they had and there were threats of violence towards police back then over it

@barrythompson5680 Well, I dont ever remember it being like this. Was it the fact I didnt read the news that I was oblivious? I mean I grew up with black people and this type of talk was generally fringe and they werent woke. They just blamed white people for slavery and made bitchy comments to make themselves feel better. This stuff has seeped more into institutions. Is it that both extremes have always existed alongside each other then?
