@nnovo3122 not true. Go look up vegan body builders. You can get protein from others sources. Vegan body builders get the same amount of protein ad other body builders. Look up The Sculpted Vegan as one example. She looks amazing.

@bfetoile2955 there was one meat/dairy farmer who turned his farm into veg only after he saw a truck of pigs crying tears passing on the motorway.

@mugglesarecooltoo recycling is not a scam. It's the fact we produce too much waste to be recycled. In UK I think only 10% is recycled. It's not a scam. It's that we use too much plastic. I go to reusable stores so I use less plastic. I bring my own jars.

@bfetoile2955 had a check recently at the dic and they say my cholesterol levels were really low and that my risk of heart disease etc was some ridiculously low level. Been vegan 5 years.

@universalsoldier2293 my friend is plant-based and doesnt like calling himself vegan because of how some vegans have treated him. Tbf he has been rude about vegans too so it's hard to say who was rude first to him in each case.
