  2.  @Gen-c7i  I can imagine such a quick shift is disorienting. Losing your local shops and neighbours and vibe. I like other cultures and races. I do wonder if a quick shift would make me feel a way if all my neighbours and surroundings changed drastically. This is why immigration should happen slowly. Not just for non-natives to adapt but for natives too. If it happens slowly over time it spreada across generations and isnt noticable the same. Quick shifts in norms can cause upheaval. Like the gender ideology shift. Although that is also a shift from reality so bit of an off example. But it shows how changing norms throws off the balance and causes unrest

  3.  @shannontreiber1070  Im not against immigration. Im actuallly pro-immigration. I dont agree with illegal, mass unchecked immigration. And we do need a discussion about birth rates and the economy. A part of the issue is letting in illegals and giving free handouts so our economy is effected. But Im not really an economist but thats why Id like to discuss these things. But if you attempt to you get seen as a bigot rather than someone trying to understand our situation.

  13. I think they meaan in terms of government opportunities. I get what youre saying if taken to its logical conclusion but we need a term to describe the diff between equality and equity.
