  3. ​ @carolinebrown8965 Im underweight due to lack of exercise from fatigue and would love the gaining weight part. But not around my middle. I dont know if this makes a diff but does cutting carbs or carb cycling help. Maybe try following female body builders of menopausal age or see what they suggest on the topic

  5. ​ @sjdasasd perhaps but many men don't exhibit that behaviour straight away. You often hear of men like those in Sleeping With The Enemy. Very charming men who reel women in with their best behaviour. Then they reveal their true self and the woman will be confused and gaslight that she caused him to "change".

  7. Good interview but for me I was put off Busta about ten years ago when I found out he was racist. Saying white people have "a devil nature" are born that way and cant help if they act in their nature but if another race acts out they should know better as it isnt their natural state. @55:25 he is referencing the same words he used in the interview I saw. He believes "the black man" is God. He is Nation Of Islam 5 percenter and holds the same or similar views as Nick Cannon althougb Cannon is a Black Hebrew Israelite I think, despite being half white . Very sad there are many black Americans who are cultists like this.

  8. Its common knowledge you lose muscles after two weeks of not training. But if youre someone like me who went to a body builders gym you know that. Renee Campbell used to go to my gym, Cheetah's. Met her early on in her journey.
