  30. If that was the case they woildnt allow affirmative action. This is just down to legislation and papers being lost. Someone not doing their job properly. This isnt down to the country or government in general. I know people really want Britain to be racist but we arent. The race reports has dispelled the claims. We have racism like everywhere but none of it is widespread or consistent amongst black or minority populations.
