  1. They said "foriegners" which means black, white or asian. There are black Ukranians who would be allowed through. Stop reading the captions and watch the videos.

  2. Foreigner does not mean black. They said one foreigner for 10 Ukranains. That can mean black Ukranians get through and white foreigners cant. Pls stop race-baiting. We already have enough race-baiting the last two years. Just stop.
