If you watch the reconstruction of Mark exiting the cat he goes to head one way and turns the other way with his phone in his hand and moves towards the female officer to which she has to react quick. He was essentially resisting arrest and looked to be armed. She had to think quick. Bottom line is dont carry guns or run from police

I say this as someone who hangs out with Jamaicans. I speak patwa and those of us from these circles all emulate black American and Jamaican culture to a degree. He just worded really poorly

  9. ​ @shaheimminzie9849 the system doesnt disadvantage black boys nor is it racist. Africans and Asians have the highest academic outcome compared to Jamaicans and whites who have the lowest. Young white boys are the poorest demographic. Haringey School gave extra classes for black kids despite an inside assessment showed prior that they knew white kids weew doing academically worse at their school
