I've had a black person basically say to me how white people shouldnt profit off black culture because apparently we dont let then profit off ours. Like shall we just have black-only businesses.

@Odo-so8pj pretty much which is why I wont go to his dance classes. I'll pay black people who are happy for white people to both contribute and profit from the culture.

The fact her student has to refer to the 80s indicates he knows we were fine since the 90s. I grew up in the 90s going to black clubs and most people who went to them were in agreement that the scene was multicultural and we all got along just fine. Any disagreements were not race-related. Some racism for sure but we were arguing over usually stuff like who shagged whose boyfriend. Not race
