  1. Apparently they has a previous child taken from them prob dude to thos dude's criminal history. That's why they were supposedly on the run so social services didnt take this kid aswell.

  2. Her baby father is on the sex offenders register. They has a previous child taken by social services. She didnt get her baby checked at hospital or registered its birth and they were on the run. They knew the baby's life was at risk and now the baby has been found dead.

Her baby father was on the sex offender register and a child had already been taken by social services as he isnt allowed to be around kids. Now the baby has been found dead as they neglected its health.
