@20:00 that really helps me understand how my friend got into this as a career. Was trying to work it out. He was able to put his insecurities into a feild of study and slap professionalism to his own mental health issues. He also mentioned Franz Fanon. His illness should never have been reinforced. He should have had colleagues pull him aside and offer him help. Sadly there is no help in the profession for this type of thinking because the profession IS this thinking now. So he is failing himself and ppl like him. Its tragic. He is in this feild to help people and now other black people are being fed more psychosis. It seems easier than him admitting maybe on a bell curve there is more black people with mental illness like the stats supposedly show. Easier to say white ppl are the problem rather than work on oneself.

 @BigBirdCEO exactly. I have PTSD for other reasons but the my example and soldiers are the comparison I give to those who claim intergenerational trauma. These ppl don't know what trauma is.

Right? I was taught by my therapist that I had PTSD due to sexual abuse. I was suicidal for ten years. Now trauma is hurty words
