  1. This is why I say the war cannot become a multi year stalemate. At the end of this, one way or another, the European economy needs Russian oil and natural gas to remain viable globally. The US is playing for a draw and is content to bleed the Russian military until it is so weak it cannot threaten further aggression. Europe has to catalyze an end to the conflict by the end of summer.
