  1. A sober assessment. If they can't even store the grain without it being destroyed, NATO is going to have to step in and escort freighters down the Black Sea Coastline. I think the only reason Russia agreed to an export program with Ukraine was because they knew the NATO forces would use that as a reason to step into the conflict. There are some ugly scenraios that spin out from this. Would a NATO/RU confrontation on the Black Sea lead to Belarus attacking Poland. The subsequent beat down could be a trigger for nukes. I see that as the most likely scenario - A Russian ship will hit a grain ship or a NATO ship in the Black Sea, a retaliation wipes out most of the Black Sea fleet and triggers a missile attack on Poland and Belarus forces in conflict with Nato leading quickly to use of tactical nukes as NATO advances. We've been surgical in declawing Russia by giving weapons to Ukraine but we've reached a tipping point. I'm worried.
