ECm's and interceptors will get better but so will the drones, the advantage goes to them. They've already got carboard drones - no signature on radar, but AI programming can create terrain hugging and reactive drones. Tech is already here - it's just a race now to implement and balance the new force. What it does is level the playing field for smaller countries with the tech ability to manufacture decent drones. A country like Taiwan should be able to counter the military threat from China for a tenth the cost of a modern army. My worry is domestically, if MAGA goes rebel, this could be a domestic terrorist problem.
