Chemical weapons are limited in effectiveness but Russia has used it effectively to dig out entrenched positions in cities and as terror weapons. The dirty bomb threat is similarly problematic. I maintain Russia set Kherson as a trap, planning on floating a barge down from Zaphorizia. Could still happen but the Ukrainians are cagey and smell a rat. Even if they do use one, casualties will be low but the area will need a thorough scrubbing. Russia is done for winter as an army. Now comes the starving and the freezing and the political knife fight which Wagner seems to be winning, but one bullet can change everything.
