  1. Interesting take, not what I expected. I think it's hard to judge Biden as a President because he has to act in the most toxic environment of all recent Presidents. Even I am tainted by the propaganda and see him as a hair sniffing, adult day care escapee who can't remember his name. So I looked up his actual accomplishments in 2 years, after an insurrection, in a hostile opposition environment. I'm impressed: Largest increase in manufacturing jobs in 30 years; judicial nominees that actually passed the bar, though I would stack the supreme court he has shown restraint; Expanded Obamacare, made it more affordable - I'm a medicare for all guy, healthy people with money may find that offensive and country destroying but 29 out of 30 industrialized countries prove you wrong and if you are OK with beggaring people who worked their whole life but got sick, workers who can't cover their children's health care, economic euthanasia by withholding of treatment - then FU get out of my country; repaired our climate commitments though net net thats like pissing on a forest fire, the move to clean energy establishes the base energy economy of the next 100 years. Sorry oil people - I don't hate you - but it's sus that at the root of every oil dictatorship are oil companies willing to kill and impoverish millions for advantage; The infrastructure law - it's finally infrastructure week - after twenty years, that means jobs at the right time in recession, badly needed improvements, way not enough but better than Trump who's major infrastructure project erected 300 miles of ineffective wall: Remember Covid? We're all kinda vacced now and not dying or mind controlled and we didn't have to stick a UV lamp up our rears or drink bleach. (By the way for the 'its just the flu guys' go check the latest numbers on neurological disease - 'it's a blood clotting virus that kills your brain cells cumulatively' - we get a nasty mutation and a pervasive repeating endemic and we'll all be Alzheimer zombies in ten years: Biggest job growth in American history - waiting for the numbers right now and we're praying they are weak so we can unheat the economy - when has anyone said that?: The American Rescue Plan - 1.9 trillion to everyone instead of plutarchs - arguably added fuel to inflation but not much, inflation was ignited by the supply crunch post covid and corporations running up profits for bonuses before the music stops. The Fed excesses printing money to prop zombie finance companies created the whole bonfire of wood that is now burning. Biden's mistake was letting Powell burn it while he was in office by quantitative tightening and raising rates. but I digress: Biden ended Afghanistan, poorly, but inevitably bound by Trump's sabotage deal; Biden's nice to everyone - the world loves us again, he stands for equality and fairness he's just a stand up Joe; He stood up to Putin and basically took out the entire Russian army without shedding a drop of American blood - that's a neat trick; the Chips act brings back key tech manufacturing; the inflation reduction act allows drug price negotiation so you don't have to pay $1,000 for an insulin shot when you eat cake; improved veteran healthcare - remember when a VA appointment took six months? - It's actually pretty impressive and I still feel like he's a watered down cocktail in a cheap bar. Is it enough to stop civil war - No. Is it enough to restore faith in American government - No. What we needed was Dark Brandon earlier - we needed to burn the rot out of the government as a signal that democracy is still alive and vibrant - what we got was some really good cancer medicine when the cancer had already eaten us alive. That's my take. Vote like your Plutocracy depends on it. Remember you're not just choosing who fucks up the government for the next two years, you're choosing whether your grandchildren will bleed on the streets yelling 'freedom'.
