Definitely wasn't gonna hit her. I've walked like this with my head down towards a road before but I'm aware the road is there & she was clearly aware enough that the car that caught her on dashcam was there so it's a massive assumption being made that she'd have walked in front of that car which btw was already moving passed her by the time he grabbed her. Lot of fuss about nothing.
