  3. Doesn't really equate to The Bystander Effect does it? Why would anyone presume there's a crime taking place off the side of the road, doubt they could see anything very incriminating at that time of night behind that pillar whilst driving by.

  5.  @angelaw1019  Yes, he is. Doesn't make a man guilty of every twisted assumption you or anybody else wants to make about him though. There's nothing to go by to suggest he was a sexual abuser, until there is, he's a murderer, not a child molester.
