Everybody talks about Ten Hag calling the players in after the Brentford game to run the 13km & how that was the turning point but nobody mentions the fact Ten Hag ran those 13km with the players which if I was one of the players that's what would gain my respect the most. Any manager can be tough on players & demand this & that but not many would be willing to go to those lengths to make a point to the players that if you fail then we've all failed. It's no wonder the respect of the players he had at Ajax was so huge.

  4.  @Unknown-fh5lb  Oh yeah, I misses that. My bad. They didn't mention it on the game coverage at the weekend when they discussed the run which I felt should've been a vital factor.
