  1. Good to see them give him some money to spend this Summer, they lileft him with a pretty weak squad last season & the quality of his coaching got them through imo. I remember complimenting them on a Sky Sports video around February time because they were 10th or 11th at that time & I said they are doing brilliantly because I expected them to be in a relegation scrap & predicted them finishing 16th at the start of the season. Half the replies were really unnecessarily hostile telling me how I obviously know nothing about the Southampton team then & how clueless I was. They ended up finishing 15th. LOL. 🤷‍♂️
