  1. Don't really regard Phillips as an upgrade on Fernandinho nor really of the technical level that Pep usually goes for but still a good player. Probably doesn't really matter anyway as City's squad is ridiculous regardless.

  2. Yeah, makes me think of Oxlade Chamberlain to Liverpool. Just a squad player who will play mostly cups or as cover now & again. Not of the level of City's other midfielders technically.
