  1. People laugh & a may prove a disaster but fans always act like they know it will. They don't. The truly great managers will be successful from the start, inexperience has never proved a big stumbling block if you're good enough. Pep, Jose, Klopp, Sir Alex etc., all did it from day one. Alonso is doing incredible things. Kompany did very well with the limitations at Burnley, McKenna is at Ipswich too. The established top tier managers are unattainable atm barring maybe Klopp, but he's probably taking a break. Clubs are searching for the next big thing rather than settling for established managers who are not of the level. The just let go of one. I know that's a controversial take to a lot of people but Tuchel never got any team performing in the league beyond the sum of their parts, I don't care what anyone says.

  3.  @rௐண  They all started at small clubs in lower leagues & overreached like Kompany & McKenna. McKenna has just got back-to-back promotions.
