I appreciate the eagerness to stamp his imprint on the club. This was the man I've wanted to come in for around a year now. Very excited about this appointment after 3 & a half wasted years.

fabiotee Don't tar all United fans with the same brush. I defended Jose until the end, I could see the issues he highlighted were much greater than him. Ole I never believed in albeit I was never toxic about it either constantly posting hate everywhere, I complimented him when I felt it warranted. Every fanbase has unreasonable fans & I do agree we are up there amongst the worst but that's obviously related to the size of our fanbase too. That said, it has appeared that this appointment has divided the fanbase the least to my memory, the majority are happy with Ten Hag.

@stocksyere He did. Both at United & Spurs all the players the fans were mad at him for saying weren't up to it have failed under other managers. Conte moved on the players Jose questioned at Spurs within a couple of months which tells you everything.

@stocksyere I agree, it shouldn't take that long especially if he's well backed. There is quality players in this team that under a good coach & with the implementation of a solid structure will flourish. Bruno who by everyone's estimation has had a flop of a season has still been one of the most creative players in the PL this season, he was the most creative in the PL for his first 18 months at the club. I think if United sort out that midfield this window which has been atrocious & nonexistent this season then that's a huge help for Ten Hag. I'm optimistic about the direction we are going.

@wespicedmemes For acknowledging Ole was a big mistake? Grow up, kid. Was a United fan long before you, before they'd even started winning things under Sir Alex as a little kid in the late 80's. Bet you can't say the same, so pipe down.

fabiotee Ay? Not sure what updates you've been seeing mate but our biggest links atm are to both Ajax CBs & De Jong. United need a lot this window, let's see how it concludes before we judge.
