  2. Cardiac failure is not a recognized cause of death in medicine nor by coroners, the reason being that the heart always fails upon death. The reason for the failure must be specified for the death certificate to be legally valid. Carbon monoxide, strangulation, poisoning, fatal blood loss, liver or kidney failure, cerebral hemorrhage, electrocution aso may all stop cardiac action. Very peculiar that the stomach contents allegedly weren't examined and no toxicology tests performed. Are you relating some nannies tale?
