This is exactly what they want and world leaders will tend to be forgiving of the US because they think the people voted Joe to the White House… Joe is totally under control. Notice how he stops himself just before »going into the details« and cuts of the interviewer’s attempt at clarification?  Had Kelly said more, he would’ve had to explain why he, French fallout or no, still told Joe to go ahead! Resident Joe, (MY president) doesn’t make decisions. His determination comes from MY teleprompter…
