The FBI director can state with "absolute certainty that Russian hackers are trying to access systems controlling voting machines for midterms, but cannot unmask and identify and find a self confessed mass shooter on YouTube? In the midst of an epidemic of mass shootings, no less! Who the actual bleep are the FBI protecting? American citizens or the DNC?
