Reporters... Someone not only turned off the transponder – a simple switch operation – but after making an illogical 270 degrees right turn, turned off the ACARS as well! This is a more complex operation in a 777, showing some preparation.
You have to locate the ACARS panel, remove special screws and take out a crucial part. Someone, however, did exactly that, but didn't succeed in disabling the ping-system part.
So while the primary ACARS system on board MH370 had been disabled, the Classic Aero was active as long as the plane was powered up, and kept trying to establish a connection to an Inmarsat satellite every hour.
This is how we know how long MH370 was airborne and could determine two points on a grand circle to constitute the only possible downs.
But since the Aero only pings Inmarsat once hourly, these two areas were large.
Much emphasis has been placed on suspecting the first pilot.
But the passenger list held many abnormalities not resolved.
It was also reported that the plane climbed to 35,000 and remained there for 35 minutes. If decompressed, this would have killed everyone not wearing oxygen.
Rumors said two tech giants fought for a crucial world patent, and the acquisition was dependent on the many engineers on board.
Other rumors spoke of a valuable cargo, easily transported and sold.
Perhaps a team of specialists boarded with parachutes in their hand luggage, did their deeds and jumped out near the malaysian coast, leaving the plane – with everyone dead already from the climb – on autopilot, set to land (not crash) far out to sea?
This would explain why the plane reurned to low altitude near the west coast after the high climb and only then reverted to cruise hight over the ocean...

Yeah, the way Stone was treated was –to put it mildly – "unheard of" as well!
Especially considering the fact that Hillary, Comey, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, Ohr, Page, Strzok, just to name a few in the coup cabal, isn't doing hard time so far!

fallspeed Yes, it's a sober article which, unlike this slanted version from Abc, carefully avoiding drawing any legal conclusions - and it's also old news.
But your point is perhaps then that Wikileaks colluded with the Trump campaign to smear Hillary? Or to counterbalance the completely one sided 24/7 Trump bashing plus fake polls put out by almost all mainstream media during campaign?
Or is your point that Wikileaks wanted to do everything possible to keep Hillary from office? If so, I'll just say this: So what? Wikileaks deals in facts. That's what interests me.
And this is still nothing compared to the fake, payed dossier. Opposition research, politicians seem to label it amongst themselves...
And if Wikileaks contributed to expose what a monster Hillary is and what vile creep ran her campaign, meaning the Pedestas, sorry, Podestas, then bless them. What a bullet we dodged there.

Ami West YOU're embarrassed? I think you're brainwashed. Barrak obama with all his fine talk and all the established political swamp has been making the correct noises for two decades but accomplished zilch!
This President gets things done. Why don't you take a moment to wonder why all the establisment, dems AND reps, are acting so scared of President Trump? What is it, they fear, really? And please don't parrot what they say, only tell me what you truely believe are the probable reasons.
Do you believe Hitlary cares for the deplorables? Do you trust a person who BleachBitted state documents after they were subpoenaed by the oversight committee? That's destruction of evidence and demonstrates her actions were intentionally illegal and that she knew!
Why is there a system in place which allows childmolesters in trusted positions to roam free? Why are so many children still disappearing? In a supposedly modern society - with lots and lots of illegal surveillance on private citizens instituted under obama but also passed by both the houses!
What is the elite doing in the infamous "grove"? "Killing care", we hear! Why would they do that? Praising moloch, we know. Aha, but why? Performing ritualistic human sacrifices, we know - and we hope they aren't actually sacrificing children and young women - but that we actually DON'T know, and access is denied! Why?
How come you're so eager to preserve a system so corrupt the director of the FBI must lie before congress to protect himself and his family from a goon squad from deep state who kills (or as John Pedesta stated in one of his creepy emails "makes an example of") whistleblowers and dissidents?
Children go missing like crazy all over - and the state is killing whistleblowers? Wake up, please! And why was Ben Swann almost "disappeared" for making the one and only professional, journalistic report on Pizzagate on MSM?
Why are all MSM still mute on this subject AFTER thousands of arrests for childtrafficking has already been effected? Hadn't heard that? But it's facts and it's been censored right out by MSM! Who has the clout to muzzle the entire society of reporters in a free republic?
Why do you still rely only on MSM. Facts to puzzle the whole picture in place are available to us all. But you spend you life dreaming tube dreams with subliminal suggestions, piped to you through TV sets that spy illegally on you, even when they're turned off?
And here you are, defending that system? Brainwashed much?

The Bowling Green massacre:
>>Conway cited it as justification for a travel and immigration ban from seven Muslim-majority countries enacted by United States President Donald Trump. However, no such massacre occurred!
The day after the interview, Conway said she misspoke and had been referring to the 2011 arrest of two Iraqi refugees in Bowling Green, Kentucky, on charges including "attempting to provide material support to terrorists and to al-Qaeda in Iraq". She stated that she had mentioned the incident because it led President Barack Obama to tighten immigration procedures for Iraqi citizens.
This might actually be true, since terrorism-related arrests in Bowling Green were made:
In 2011, two Iraqi men who had entered the country as refugees were arrested in Bowling Green, Kentucky, on federal terrorism charges after they attempted to send both money and weapons to al-Qaeda in Iraq.
Both were convicted of supporting attacks on the U.S. military while they were still in Iraq as well as attempting to provide material support to al-Qaeda in Iraq after they emigrated to the United States. Arrests were made on various charges, including "attempting to provide material support to terrorists and to al Qaeda in Iraq".
Before entering the U.S., both had used improvised explosive devices in Iraq, although this was not known at the time of their admission. Both pleaded guilty; one is serving a life sentence while the other is serving 40 years in federal prison.
The two did not attack anyone in the U.S., and there was no evidence that the men traveled back to Iraq or had any contact with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant after being admitted to the U.S. Neither was charged with plotting attacks inside the United States.<<

nikada vise What would your point be? Did you even notice the frequent use of the word "provisional data"?
Anyhow, I read through your reference, and I doesn't contradict my statement by data, only by the recommendations of countermeasures.
Here's the essence from the same source:
TOTAL CASES
2,732,53 (53,301 New Cases) – which means that the total count, despite increased testing, has barely reached the number Fauci predicted would die!
TOTAL DEATHS are 128,648 as of today!
This is well below the number of deaths routinely seen with the typical flu season, and I'm fairly certain nobody would propose closing down schools, sports, beaches, parks and businesses for those.
This is a deliberate hyped fraud, and it has increased unemployment from the lowes number in modern time to 47 million, crashing the economy and destroying entire branches in the sectors of service and transportation...
The masks are particularly ridiculous ...

Sir Vilhelm of Yanderland Okay, right. No I'm focused on MSM because they keep pretending to be reliable reporters of the main news, but in reality are propaganda outlets for very specific and delusional political agendas. But I realize your position has merit. The only thing might motivate your engagement, judging by how our conversation began, could be the police corruption and abuse of power.
Imo this problem stems mainly from corrupt leaderships higher up in the force. I believe that in turn is based on political corruption in government being so commonplace, the representatives are almost all willing to weaponize both the administrative and executive branches for their own improved positions, and in the rat-race they simply stopped caring about the detrimental effects on the population as a whole, which corruption alway have.
They think themselves smart for talking glibly and lying with facility, because they're "winning", but the ensuing erosion of trust and confidence with the people is horrendous.
At the current state of affairs, it'll take three decades to merely turn the trend towards trustworthy governing. And the only factor ensuring this process is the insistence by the people that justice and truth prevails.
Nothing viable and worthwhile can be build on lies and delusions. Lies and delusions build only debt, misery, drug cartels and stagnation.

Bo Rood Sorry, I know you're deluded and mislead by MSM and fear your illusions will start crumbling even faster than by this time last year. You feel such disorientation, you can hardly cope with reality, which makes thoughts of suicide pop up in your mind.
So you become very angry, rude and fearful and feel the hateful poison of all the lies running through your veins. You then go and project your suicidal ideas onto me.
I mean why would I even care what happens to Trump? It's just that I've somehow retained my ability to discern truth from falsehood.. You're completely mistaken.
Consider this, if you will: Trump has been effectively under investigation sinse spring 2014. The deep state establishment trying to get rid of what may turn out to be the best president since Regan, has been leaking so much to the press all along that leak is a misnomer. The slanderous innuendo was pipelined to MSM, who believed the silly fairytales.
But no, sorry. The truth is moving forward, it's the lies are collapsing. That happens from time to time and has collapsed empires throughout history.
Instead of sustaining your denial of the corruption in the FBI and the lack of foundation for the Mueller counsel, try to find the simple truth and stick with that. Mueller is coming under investigation himself and won't be around for long. Please get well soon. Become aware and have a peaceful and prosperous life, why don't you...

JoJo 70 No, not murder one at least. But she was heading home from work, fully armed and in uniform. Even if she thought she entered her own apartment (which has no big, red doormat) and managed to not notice the walls, decorations and furniture, she can't have acted in compliance with procedure, but must've fired immediately and perhaps even in anger, seeking revenge, because she had him cornered! She could withdraw to the hall, cover the entrance and call for backup.
I also think there must be more to this incident than has come out. She was tested and found not under the influence, right? But sleep-deprivation can muddle your mind, too, in which case she was neither competent to drive or bear arms.
The failure to spot the doormat and the different view of the apartment seems incredibly – unless she had poor eyesight and was hiding this from her superiors for fear of loosing her job.

Trump The Fraud I think you've got the facts turned upside down. Trump is the maverick, feared by establishing, both reps and dems. The sheeple, like perhaps you, who still haven't found out what controls MSM and fucks with our minds, unconsciously parrot the deflections constantly spewing out from the retardation box, formerly know as the tv, which now also can spy on you - even when it's turned off. Please notice that the CIA as early as 1970 used the national anthem to carry subliminal messages to make the public "consume and obey". Then imagine how far developed these evil and unconstitutional activities have been developed since - mainly using the money missing from the national budget which the military can't account for. Take a fresh look at the data from 9/11, please and, when you're ready, reflect on the strange ways consumer habits seem to change in ways that has nothing to do with the users needs or wishes. Also please start to pay attention to the insidious increase in public censorship been pushed right now.
The vampire lodge of money suckers and deep state are fulfilling the predictions from George Orwell's novel, "1984".
Do you believe that'll be beneficial to human development and evolution - or to life on this planet?
Please attempt to wake from the state of hypnotized sleepwalking. You can do it. We all have the potential. We may even ask and get miraculous help...

Kath Casey Many of my friends tell me the same. I, however, don't think President Trump has been compromised, not yet at least.
He is a strange man, but I've lived too long and seen too much to judge on superficialities. He can seem so very stupid, but he certainly is anything but. Already he has changed the world's power balance. That's not been done so significantly with so subtle but effective means since Israel was installed in the Levant. The only other president who did something for peace was Regan, and his agreement with Gorbatjov reduced the danger of WWIII, but almost collapsed Russia (scattered USSR) through a coupe.
G. W. Bush was a complete dimbulb and a puppet for deep state. He allowed the 9/11 ffop and invaded Irak under false pretexts.
Then came Obama-silver-tounge and promised the moon. He was either broken by deep state early on or a hapless puppet from the get go.
Corruption boomed and he was clueless, lenient and feeble. Meanwhile Hitlary sold out completely whatever she could as SoS. The coverup killings took off like never before, much worse than they did after deep state murdered JFK and MLK.
The reason people chose Trump is his lack of affiliation with establishment. He's a businessman and an American and has uncanny feel for the current movements in the common mind. So far he has been spot on with everything of importance.
Now I don't believe in randomness or coincidence or rationale as the main guiding powers of the universe.
Humans have destinies - although we also have free will. It is not a coincidence that satanism, abuse of children, secret orders and corruption has become so commonplace. Evil is a product of greed and stupidity. Trump knows this and is not part of it.
He is a mensch and some say God has his hand on Trump. One of them is a woman, who has the foresight and I trust her. Another is I myself, and I'm a scary good judge of socio-dynamics. Well, I don't speak of Gods hands per se, but he's the destined vessel for sorely needed changes.
We went wrong because of hubris. We chose impossible leaders because we had impossible ideals.
Now we're blessed with something new to embrace: An honest leader without much academic polish but perfect flair for the smaller means with the greater efficacy. And thank God Hillary floundered. She's a tool for evil powers. President Trump will by nature and destiny disclose to the people of the world how we may best surmount the entrenched evil in our midst. And part of that are Hollyweird and MSM!

I do believe this senator is aptly named, but perhaps I do him an injustice? Who knows if he's really going to say what the Abc title states? And to find out, I'd have to listen, but I really can't take much more nonsense.
Trump is rightfully calling out the fakestream media, and it's got nothing to do with Stalin, wtf?! Trump is simply circumventing the fakestream media in order to communicate with the American people, but he's not taking away their freedom of expressing how dumb they really are.
Personally I find his handling of MSM very tolerant, verging on lenient. Their kind of 24/7 character assassination should by rights land them in court.
They are the ones who recklessly, unprofessionally and irresponsibly split the American people, not Trump. But who cares? They're lying to protect fellow liars. They'll self destruct in no time...
Good riddance and farebad. May 90 % of your sins be forgiven, but the remainder land you in purgatory...

Majik0715 Of course they met with Russians, that was never the issue exept in the minds of some dimbulb news anchors. That isn't illegal, either, get a grip. You can easily find the congressional hearings on the matter, even on YouTube, and if you listen you'll find out that the issue was what was discussed! - of course!
Has everybody gone nuts from watching tv? When was meeting Russian representatives at receptions and summit meetings ever illegal? It's annoying, childish nonsense, all of it, and I just can't believe how many have given up on thinking for themselves.
You're just parroting the inane, fragmented nonsense spewed by mainstream media. Look for contexts, patters and connections and think a little until things make sense, please!

Jibreel Lomax Trumps decisions on the Middle East, China and the EU were sound and beneficial. He was the first to realize that Erdogan couldn't be trusted to partake in NATO's weapons development.
He knows the climate alarmism is a scam and before the corvid scamdemic, which still isn't more than an average flu-season, he had unemployment at a record low.
Trump was never after free American's weapons, because the result would be devastating: Law-abiding citizens unarmed, but criminals and gangs of course not.
CO2 isn't a problem, pollution is. Handled intelligently, a slight increase in CO2 can support a greening of some of the world's vast deserts. Methods are already developed. China and Saudi Arabia have begun.
Trump is gathering support to block huaway from spying on the western world, stealing technology they for some reason can't develop on their own.
Any leader knows to keep his enemy close. The only way Trump can stop the Federal Reserve from running America clandestinely, is to keep close tabs on the biggest banks, hence Goldman Sachs...
Have you not noticed the coup attempt against a president elect? Not heard MSM, the IC and the democrat top lying their heads off in unison trying to remove him? Ever seen anything like it? Ever asked yourself why? The Russia nonsense and the indictment were ludicrous and dangerous to the coherence of America!
Trump is not an academic, he's an entrepreneur. If you familiarize yourself with the differences in strategies necessary, you'll understand why Trump is quick to exchange staffers with big egos and slow wits.
But it's all very simple. Who'd be insane enough to let Biden run America. I would let him drive a car!
And yet that's what MSM and the DNC are proposing you do...

Karlen Bell Why would you speculate that to be the case? Why would anyone prefer your speculations? You seem to be just parroting the constant MSM Trumpbashing, which would indicate that your powers of judgment are feeble enough to believe their propaganda?
But do you know what investors say about the media? "If MSM recommend something, sell! If they deride something, buy."
They never get anything right and the main reason is twofold:
1. News media believe that the truth is subordinate to The Agenda - the goal justifies the means - iow they lie
2. By lying or slanting or twisting the truth as it continues to manifests itself, they (and anyone who does likewise) systematically erode their own intelligence and ability to discern important patterns in multiple, related events - they have in other words become clueless and the media presentation makes event seem unrelated. Reality is compartmentalized and fragmented.
What MSM do and is create confusion, disenchantment and despair.
Their approach is as moronic as it would be trying to become a chess grandmaster by changing the rules of the game three times daily. Nobody can learn anything in that fashion. But they can create the illusion of being very flexible and clever and hip.
MSM systematically change the perception of reality and thereby change the consensus on reality. That may certainly impact how voters cast their ballots, but that still just leads to unrealistic, crazy and wasteful attempts to fulfill fantasies not rooted in the physical world, thereby bringing us one step closer to complete system collapse.
The truth is viable. It is determined by the laws of the universe. We are equipped to discern the truth and find our way - but to orient ourselves we must have clear facts, well presented that we may rely on without double checking everything...

"Confirms Mueller will likely"?! What is that nonsense? That's an empty statement with bad intention if ever. How did Abc supposedly "confirm a likelihood"? Confirmation and likelihood doesn't go together at all. If something is likely, it's uncertain and therefore can't be confirmed by anyone!
Close down these poisonous, fake propaganda outlets!
Oh, and let see now: The president will be given a physical medical examination, right? Does "physicals" include "psychiatric" examination, wink, wink? No, of course not! We know it doesn't, everyone knows, but let's just ask anyway - to imply that the president, who threatens to uproot our nicely running kickback system, is mentally unfit, okay?
No! It's not okay. It's fake, disingenuous, slanted and slanderous - and you know this. You, Abc New, just don't care, because you're still trying to suppress the rightfully elected president - as your plans to oust him evidently aren't going anywhere...
I think your constant defamation and unfounded innuendo should be taken to court asking for a verdict of suspension of broadcasting rights for five months. The flow of money backing your dangerous slander, which is causing segments of the population to have unfounded fears of their own president, is such that a mere fine wouldn't stop your poison.
It's abundantly clear that all leftist media have chosen a strategy of fake slander causing a plethora of forced retractions. But the retractions doesn't get nearly the same coverage as the slander, so the public is left with the impression that you had something bad on the president - even though your allegations proved false again and again and again and ag...
You simply bury the retractions and mention them only the one time. Then it's back to the same grotesque Trumpbashing 24/7 going on year two now. I think MSM need a resounding lesson in ethics. One that makes headlines globally!

fallspeed Yeah, well, you might have to wait some time, then, because you're not answering my questions and I don't take orders from you, whoever you are. But just to mention a few: It claims to know the Podesta emails were "stolen" from the DNC server? Hiw so? FBI never saw the servers? Seth Rich, also omitted, might have leaked those as part of his attempt to stop voter fraud or they might, more likely, have been leaked from an resident agency. It also speaks of key personnel "leaving the Trump campaign" at various times, omitting to say who was actually let go by Trump himself.
1
-
fallspeed No, no, you're clearly the expert. All I'm saying is that I don't trust NSA or any "experts" from the "intelligence community" as you like to label yourselves. Comey the Weasel perjured himself before congress. Clapper is so busy asscovering, he publicly stated two days ago that Trump was so narcissistic, it was a security risk!
Compared to say Hillary's completely clueless self absorbed behavior, that's a hilarious, but also treasonous statement, completely out of his venue or competence to even mention, and he'll be fired for it, I suspect.
Now as for me, I look for patterns, timing and who benefits. And I must be doing well, because I've been right 10 for 10 so far, so we'll see. Perhaps Manafort is screwed. Can't tell. Don't care.
But what this comes down to is a substantial renovation and budget cuts for the intelligence community all together, mainly because people have become aware that you lot do not respect the constitution and the election process.
Essentially you've in some aspects gone rouge and become both too autonomous and too political for your own good and you'll likely see the houses come to their senses or people become very hard to handle, is my prediction.
But in this specific context you're too happy straining at the gnats to even notice the camels. It also doesn't speak well of your discernment that you conclude anything about what knowledge I demonstrate. So far I've only expressed my evaluations. Theres a difference, don't you know?

Toni Hill Deep state are those authorities with dark budgets that neither congress, senate nor the president can investigate. Right now a war is raging within deep state between two fractions, where one maintain the pledge to serve the elected, constitutional government - and by implication the people, while the other hold the view that governments come and go, but national security is their business and doesn't lend itself to scrutiny by such transient blabber-mouths as are politicians. This is evidenced by the increasing billions of dollars unaccounted for primarily by NSA and MIS.
These black operations took off during the Irak invasion, which needed 9/11 to create voter accept and black operatives to maintain the clandestine operations in the Middle East, maintaining instability under the guise of "peace missions".
Conspiracy theories has been given a negative connotation by the same media who folded to deep state control and censorship and therefore couldn't hope to create any meaningful and whole picture out of all the random tidbits they were allowed to report on, but aren't but attempts to find the patterns behind the mess reported daily.
This social effort by private citizens in combination with increasing censorship made journalists move from reporting towards speculation and here we are: All interested parties yelling - not unlike you - that "we know best" - without attempting to share information or investigate?
Nothing new, really. This always happened when regimes lost the people's trust and confidence by empty promises, censorship, panoptic surveillance and lies sprouting lies as lies need coverups...

Lawyers who talk too much tend to be liable for breaking lawyer/clients confidentiality...
Strange times we live in. MSM overflowing with mind numbing nonsense, clearly avoiding any substantial or meaningful matters, politicians with no respect for their constituents pretending to care but selling out completely, people pretending to be perfect like nobody's business, idiots like me writing comments about things better ignored, education becoming more expensive, yet poorer, blatant lies being called "less than forthcoming" while persons who have a change of heart and alter their viewpoint are called liars.
Eight years ago it's was hip to say "things aren't always as they seem". Now even that cliche is made impossible by the fact that "everything is most likely quite the opposite of what they seem"!
What do I answer when my grandchildren ask me "are we at war, grandpa?" Yes, we are, and the battlefield isn't a field anymore?

Schiffty Schiff's mumbo is fraudulent, and easily shown to be so: https://youtu.be/w2e1bkAsumo
This Abc "report" is as fraudulent as the rebuttal memo itself and fails to address all the pertinent issues, pushing derision and more lies to the fore in lieu of anything substantial.
Ten pages of unsubstantiated claims, muddled legalese and a lot of sensitive information blacked out - not by the White House as Schiffty the Wide Eyed Liar would have you believe - but by security. To get your facts straight, you should mention that Trump, who not only boasts but practices transparency, approved the butt memo in advance of security.
And why, do tell, did the democrats pack so much sensitive information into their memo? Weren't they the ones trying to stop the release of the Nunes memo - which didn't have that problem - for the very same alleged reason? Doesn't look good, huh? One would think their hysterical sensitivity to such secrets would preclude that type of mistakes, but no! Double standards is no problem for liars. Do you recognize this quote: "Double-think is twice as good"?
This of course leads anyone with a brain to the conclusion that the sensitive information was introduced deliberately - hoping to postpone the release of their own, empty memo or - even better - have it rejected completely.
Yessss... A blocked memo would've been wonderful, since the democrats are fighting nail and teeth to cover up abuse of power and bought media bias. Dems would have something refreshingly new to whine about and to distract from their own and many transgressions.
This tactic of more sensitive info and lies to cover the main lies was unfortunately predicted before their memo was finished - by me among others - so the effects became mainly to enhance the impression of lying, reckless frauds, trying to accuse the opposition of their own transgressions and partaking in an attempted coup d'état - using whatever dirty tricks are available.
I think democrats will have serious problems come midterms - and probably for many years on.
I also don't expect fraudulent, biased MSM, who couldn't care less for the truth, to survive long term after participating in an attempt to overthrow the elected president, no matter how much hysteria they keep pushing!
