  2. Diana Tanasa I think you're mistanken in that assessment. None of the big media outlets are driven by viewer numbers any more. They just preten to be interested in them and perhaps use them to evaluate the effects of certain campaigns, but they're all bought by financial monopolies which use them to control public opinion formation and thereby gain even more control over elected governments than they get by lobbying, bribing, corrupting and outright blackmailing politicians. The salaries these anchors and other actors draw simply cannot be covered by user pay anyway. No, the media and press sold out decades ago. Now they're merely pretending - and have you noticed: Politicians are now selling out the infrastructure to the same monopolies? Greed and stupidity is going to crash western democracies and reintroduce slavery when the public gets dummed down enough by the same MSM who employ these horrendous psychopaths...
