Well, I suppose it is possible to get off on the wrong floor, but the rest of the story... Are you kidding me. Her keys wouldn't have fit. She'd have to omit giving warning and attempting arrest. She may have been on her way off duty, but were still wearing full uniform and outfit. There's more to his story. Mentally deranged? Stoned out of her mind? Incompetent beyond belief?
