I knew it! The FISC didn't bother to challenge anything the FBI brought before it. The court itself would have been able to level sanctions against FBI agents, were they deemed to ignore proper procedures, but until yesterday not a peep was heard from the FISC, which considering the lively public debate is deeply troubling. Sidney Powell is awesome, btw.
