  1. This lawsuit by CNN is a non-starter – and it's ridiculous as well. Nobody, public or private, should have to endure Acosta's obnoxious, slow witted yelling – and since CNN really is fake news, detrimental to the nation and its people, why on earth should they get to decide who's to report from the White House press room? This is certainly not an issue of the amendment, but a matter of disruptive disrespect for the presidency! Why do reporters delude themselves they're some kind of untouchable elite? Have they looked at their confidence ratings lately? Ban Acosta permanently from coming within a thousand yards of the president, he's toxic!
