  1. How do you determine that a passport is genuine but issued by a nonexistent country? Sounds like pure nonsense to me! And what is this knee-jerk reaction of "don’t mention this to anyone" that’s always presumed?  All that is needed is for awkward cases to be set aside; in the matter of a few week, all the involved public servant are so relieved the case didn’t land on their desk, they forget everything — all by themselves…
