  1. The Montauk project is so outlandish that the Philadelphia Project becomes a minor side-note, not to be questioned. It gets a little rich imo, mainly because if there were any truth to all this, multiple connected universes becomes factual and persons with split destiny-threads can meander through space-time and cross-exist or fuse temporarily without noticing.  This doesn’t seem to make much sense, because what would then 'motivate' reality to follow any of the known laws any more if barriers can so easily be broken down?
