  1. The lies are mushrooming! Last I heard the flight simulater at the pilots home had been inoperable for more than a year, leading authorities to exclude this track of investigation as a dead end. Now it seems that he in reality had plottet a course compatible with the actual route deducted from satellite pings! Two weeks ago the pilot had supposedly resurfaced in Taiwan. This turned out to be a cruel lie. There was never any question about DNA identification, since the real patient's id was never at doubt! Yet something about this incident stinks: The number of key engineers on board linked to a key patent under development, now finalized. The deviation and shutdown of transponder and ASCAR at the exact transfer point between control towers. The ridiculous serial lies and denials from malaysian officials and so on. Makes you wonder if there's any real effort put in to solve this suspicious incident which smells more like a plan than an accident! Great crime, big money?

  3. Audilife No, that's not right. Airlines had no reason not to trust Boing on their sales pitch, pilots were also in good faith. The crime was with Boing and the FAA.

In the one crash (where time allowed it) the full checklist was run – to no avail. You're going to see absolutely no blame attached to any pilot when the final report comes out!
