  1. The illusion driving all this focus on vaccines seems to be that jabbing enough will somehow eradicate the virus? Well, it won’t! Even with the rushed production of vaccines, they’re still 7 months in production, meaning they come out 7 month behind the evolution of the virus as seen with the jab being unable to do much against the delta. Vaccines cannot supplant natural herd immunity and the virus will inevitably become endemic while also becoming less and less dangerous (better adapted to the host). When something you’ve been doing don’t work, doing more of the same is insane.
