  1. Neither councils nor boards seem able to ever get it right! Criminals in leading positions must not receive leniency! On the contrary: They must be expected to uphold a higher standard and, if transgressing, must accordingly be held to the most severe account. Nobody, least of all a police chief, can have anything to do with investigations in which they might turn up suspect, and certainly not pertaining suspicious deaths of close family members. That this type of failure to adhere to protocol would occur time and again, constitutes an alarming sign of rutine, entrenched corruption!

  2. He doesn't sound like a proper prosecutor at all! What's going on? Oh, I see. The prosecutor was enticed to lose a case which should be impossible to lose. He's far too understanding of the jury and the defendant and he somehow seemed to forget the third fallback charge: Improper handling of a corpse!

  3. This case needs to be appealed by a real prosecutor and this disgusting shill needs to be investigated by the board of lawyers! Most of his answers are in reality straw-man argument for not prosecuting properly – and they are far too well prepared. This case is particularly important in a time where we have politicians pushing to make abortion legal up to and even after birth! This evil insanity must not be allowed anywhere on planet earth, period!
