I think we’re way past historical, intellectual discussions in general and must transition to actionable proposals, the main problem being that western leaders (including Trump!) in this twilight of democracy have been mucking about so much, it will be almost impossible to find which mucked up structures are even worth cleaning up – and most of the people don’t even realize the urgent need for a thorough cleanup yet!  Everybody is still just slinging more verbal mud and accomplishing zilch!  Meanwhile big tech has gone completely Schwab, sorry, mad and begun a reign of censorship and doublethink worthy of China! This is not going to work out well… Police officers with innate empathy leaving the force also does nothing to improve the dismal quality of the blue line… Quite the opposite, in fact…
