I think it's the interviewer's narcissistic ego which irritated everyone. Like all egos, his makes a lot of noise to grab and retain attention. I lacked the patience to listen for the tiny pieces of info which might possibly slip through all the noise, so cannot judge weather the interviewer is stupid or moronic. But I can say for certain that of wisdom he possesses nothing. Wisdom is incompatible with his degree of self absorbed life strategy. He would always have to insist things be explained in his way on his terms, not out of meanness or arrogance, simply because it the only way for him to operate. He's the eternal party killer...
