I’m thinking that none of the two pilots are fit to fly commercially: Imagine two adults so devoid of situational awareness and self control they’re unable to suspend an argument until after work! Such astounding immaturity is a complete no-go in a demanding job with the responsibility of hundreds of lives in their hands imo… Even as fighter pilots they would probably be a significant risk to other pilots in the squad…
