They change in months, due to fluctuations on the financial markets 2. A legally binding vote was held and should not be overridden by uncertain guesswork, which typically is highly biased and controversial anyway.

Cy Borg When blue collar workers leave labor to be replaced by paper pushing bureaucrats, the party is dead and can't be revived, and yet no nation can survive on bureaucratic exchanges of services! A fictional value is nevertheless put on these activities and included in the GNP, which only serves to make budgets unreliable. But as i see things, we were already overburdened by bureaucracies befor the EU – which then in the style of deluded, incompetent politicians placed one more burden of unproductive paper pushing on top of the overload. That's the main reason EU will never work. Britain could, by exiting, have suffered a minor financial setback, but quickly moved up to become a frontline nation after the adjustment. Now three years were wasted and we're are still fighting windmills, solving literally nothing!
