  2.  @GigaChad_169  Well, it’s less than three year ago that Google admitted to being deliberately overstaffed at around 20% because they hoovered up the best graduates to keep a competitive edge… So unless we get some numbers that allows us to compare the different layoffs in various IT firms, reports like this one are useless. To get at the numbers, one needs „investigative journalism“, but your generation may not be acquainted with this almost extinct skill.
