That's what happens in any court of law when prosecution fails to show probable cause. You cannot be unaware of this after so many years! I fail to see how dems come out of this as anything but total losers, now on notice for abusing the system, thwarting the law, the FISC and the constitution for purely political purposes and lying like toddlers on a playground, who can't accept the rules.
