It was used four times before FISA, the last time signed but Rosenstein. The purported corroboration by other sources turned out to be yet one more lie, as the source of the article and the dossier were the same. This is why Mueller is now being shut down fast and Rosenstein's career is on very thin ice. You're over a year behind current events. Do you listen solely to CNN and CBS?
