Well, isn't it a little late for the FISC to come off as impartial? The judges must've heard everything we heard. Couldn't they have initiated their own investigation and made a public announcement much earlier? I've been wondering for two years why this questionable court didn't speak up. A lot of nonsense and wasted time could've been avoided. Another thing of interest would be the frequency of warrants targeting Americans for reasons not to do with terrorism. Wasn't the FISC meant to ensure only suspected terrorists were subjected to intel-surveillance?
