  1. oltedders I really don't think anyone can "undermine" the DoJ faster than the DoJ itself is currently doing. I also don't know that it has any significant "functionality" left – so long as it is acting on behalf of a rouge cabale, attempting to overthrow the president on false pretexts... No! I think it's cleanup and renovate time – long overdue at that – but not so sure Chr. Ray is the man to do it.

  2. Natalie Wehner Well, not sure the DoJ has any say in Nunes' recusal. The Intelligence Committee is exactly bipartisan and was deeply split on the Mueller investigation, so as soon as Schiff lost the public memo-battle, he had the Ethics Committee investigate Nunes for leaking classified information from oversight. This was a blatant political assassination attempt, but Nunes handled it extremely well, stepping down while the fake investigation was running.
