  2. Every single time decisive action is required from the Washington bubble, the politicians talk circles around it and delay, deny, deflect. Listen to him saying "the president is ready so the appeal to the people of Wisconsin..." even though the people can't decide when to call the national guard – and his sentence doesn't make any sense anyway. These are costly, useless and irresponsible showboaters, so used to avoid the responsibilities they were elected and payed to uphold, they put "appeal to the people" and "I hope" into every sentence whether it fits or not! There's no "appeal" or "hope" in "we've decided"...
